Comfort is key. We recommend wearing loose-fitting, comfortable clothing and supportive footwear, as you may be moving your body during your session. Depending on your individual needs, treatment may include stretching, exercises, mobility activities, and hands-on techniques. If you use compression garments or other prescribed equipment, please bring them with you.
